Wendy Harper

wendyWendy Harper defends professionals, business owners and corporate executives under investigation or accused of wrong doing in their personal lives and relationships. Her practice focuses on complicated criminal litigation. Ms. Harper heads the Firm’s felony, domestic violence and sexual assault practice and leverages her experience as a civil litigator and former prosecutor for all firm clients.

Wendy Harper graduated from the University of Iowa in 1992 with a bachelor of arts in Journalism. She received her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga School of Law in 1995, where she graduated Cum Laude. Ms. Harper was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1995. She clerked for the honorable D. Duff McKee in the Idaho District Court in Boise. She worked as a prosecuting attorney for the Seattle City Attorney’s office for four years. In 1999 Ms. Harper moved on to civil litigation at two employment firms, Jackson Lewis and Schwabe Williamson and Wyatt, where she focused on employment law and general civil litigation matters. She is an active and dedicated member of the federal bar.
