KrisKris Costello defends professionals, business owners and corporate executives in licensing, civil or criminal matters relating to their profession. Her practice focuses on complicated white collar criminal matters, professional licensing and civil and regulatory defense. She advises clients on compliance and risk management issues. Ms. Costello heads the Firm’s litigation practice and leverages her 23 years of trial experience and ten years as a teacher of trial advocacy for all firm’s clients.

Kris Costello graduated from Boston College in 1987 with a bachelor of arts in History. She received her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law in 1991. Ms. Costello was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1991. She worked as a King County Public Defender for seven years. She founded Costello & Associates in 1998. She is a member of The National Trial Lawyers and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. She has taught trial advocacy at the University of Washington School Of Law and at National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).

JacobJacob Lewis represents health care professionals and business owners while under departmental investigations or during administrative, licensing and disciplinary proceedings. He advises businesses during internal audits, investigations and compliance reviews and provides regulatory and employment compliance services.

Jacob Lewis graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 2004 with a bachelor of arts in history. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Seattle University School of Law in 2009. Mr. Lewis joined Costello Law Firm as a trial attorney immediately after graduation. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association and the Washington Young Lawyers Division.
